We come to you for a day, then spend two weeks inside your numbers. Then we tell you exactly where you are losing customers, what that is costing you, and whether any of this is worth doing in your case.
For about a year we put AI into our own businesses, properly, in the parts that make money. Sales, enquiries, marketing, content, reporting.
We are not a software company. We run businesses, and we had to fix our own first. Live Lab is what we call it when we do that for somebody else.
Not because they are careless. Because nobody has checked where their customers actually go quiet.
So before anyone builds anything, we find that spot. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us yet. We will say so, in writing, and you keep the report.
Most people have never had all four answered in the same week, by people who have already done it to their own business.
Where the money actually comes from, and where it leaks on the way.
What can be handed to a machine, what cannot, and what it would take.
How you reach people now, what it costs, and what it should cost.
How you are seen, and what has to change once the inside changes.
We watch how the work really happens, not how the process document says it happens. We talk to the people doing it, not only the people running it.
Your sales, your enquiries, your spend, your drop-offs. Your business, not an industry report.
Where you are losing people. What it costs you. What to do first, what to do later, and what we would not bother doing at all.
With you and whoever else needs to hear it. You can argue with us. Most people do.
Travel outside Coimbatore is charged at cost and agreed with you beforehand.
Some people take the report and fix it themselves. Genuinely, good.
For the rest there are two things we do. We build the systems into the way you already work. And we spend three days with your team until they are actually using them, which is the part that decides whether any of it is still running a year later.
Both are quoted separately, after the read, once we know what is actually needed.
We take this work by introduction. Whoever shared this page with you knows how to reach us, and an introduction from them tells us more about you than a form ever would.
When you do, tell us three things. What your business does, how many people work in the part you want to fix, and where you think you are losing customers. If you do not know that last one, say so. It is the most common answer, and it is usually the reason to do this.
